Picky Bars

Lauren Fleshman was trying to find a gluten free and dairy free snack for her husband Jesse that would keep him going during his triathlons. While being injured, Lauren and Stephanie Rothstein (who had found out she had Celiac disease - can't eat wheat), the two put their heads together and after hours of experimentation created what is now known as Picky Bars.
